Founded in 1988 by Guy Le Blanc, author of the bestseller “La Bourse ou la vie”, COTE 100’s experience in the financial markets spans more than three decades, which very few private wealth management firms can claim.
Today, the firm is run by the sons of its founder, Philippe and Sébastien LeBlanc, as well as by Marc L’Écuyer.
Over more than 30 years, we’ve navigated all the financial storms that have hit the markets, learning a wealth of lessons along the way that allow us to guide our clients towards financial peace.
This experience allows us to develop a clear vision of the markets, to make sound decisions, to react to unforeseen events and, in doing so, to generate sustained returns for our clients, compounded over many years.
After obtaining my bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Minnesota and my master’s of business administration (MBA) from McGill University, it was natural for me to join my father in 1992 as a financial analyst, and later as a portfolio manager from 2000.
I serve as Executive Chairman of the Board and Chief Investment Officer of the COTE 100 team. I oversee and actively participate in all research activities as well as in portfolio management. I regularly publish a blog on our COTE 100+ platform and share my opinion in the Les Affaires publication.
My free time is devoted to my family (my wife and I have two children) and my passion for tennis. In recent years, I returned to the love of my youth by participating in several international tennis tournaments.
Following my studies in finance and obtaining my master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Laval University, I began my career with National Bank Financial as an analyst. A few months later, I was approached by COTE 100 to join the portfolio management team.
As Portfolio Manager and Chief Compliance Officer, I am actively involved in asset management and allocation, in addition to being responsible for research and analysis on the Canadian market. I also participate in the production of the COTE 100+ Financial Bulletin.
Father of six children, my weekends are punctuated by sports, cultural activities and water polo sessions, a passion that I’ve cultivated for 30 years.
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in finance from the School of Management Sciences (ESG) of the Université du Québec à Montréal and the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) title, I spent the first nine years of my career at the National Bank Direct Brokerage where I educated clients about investing. A few years later, I joined COTE 100 to work as a financial analyst.
I monitor and analyze portfolio securities and look for new investment opportunities. I also participate in drafting texts published on the COTE 100+ platform. Finally, I develop and improve various analysis and research tools.
Father of twins, my free time fluctuates between playing with family and reading stories. A hockey buff, I never miss an opportunity to support the Montreal Canadiens. A personal goal? Attend a Habs match in all the cities of the National Hockey League.
With a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Laval University, I first worked at BNB Paribas as a support analyst for securities and derivatives. This experience subsequently allowed me to find a place within COTE 100, as a trader and operations analyst.
My role within the firm consists of trading various financial instruments at the best available price. I take care of the distribution of the selected products into those accounts whose investment policies allow these types of transactions. I also contribute to the development of technological tools to increase the analytical capacity of the investment team, as well as reduce operational risks.
At the end of the week, I like to let go with a good session of cycling, skiing or a round of golf with friends. I enjoy working with wood and giving it a second life through furniture and other household items.
With a bachelor’s degree in administration from Saint Mary’s University, with majors in Finance and Human Resources Management, as well as a CFA, I began my career in asset management with Gestion Aequilibrium. Subsequently, the desire to take up new challenges and favourable circumstances led me to join the COTE 100 team.
As a portfolio manager, I assess clients’ needs, implement their investment policy, and actively manage and monitor their portfolios.
A mother of two teenagers, I enjoy golfing in the summer and the ski slopes in the winter with my boys and my husband. I also like to organize good meals and share precious moments with family and friends.
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in finance from the School of Management Sciences (ESG) of the Université du Québec à Montréal, I am also a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) since 2014. At the end of my studies, I had the opportunity to develop my expertise in asset management at COTE 100.
As a portfolio manager, I determine clients’ needs and propose an investment policy corresponding to their needs and expectations. I also do regular follow-ups with clients as well as various tasks related to the daily management of accounts.

With a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Sherbrooke, I worked for a few years as Financial Services manager at BMO Financial Group. Looking for new professional experiences, I joined the COTE 100 team.
As a portfolio manager my role is to evaluate clients’ needs in order to offer them an investment policy in line with their requirements. I also manage customer follow-ups and support the teams in defining the various tasks related to the daily management of accounts.
A father of two young children, I spend my free time with my family around outdoor activities and walks with the grandparents. A fan of sports, especially basketball and volleyball, I like to enjoy a good game with my friends.
Since my studies, I’ve been interested in investment management. With a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the l’Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, I’ve devoted twenty-six years of my professional life to the banking industry. From financial advisor to branch manager to business development manager, I now act as portfolio manager with COTE 100.
I determine the needs of the clients and propose an investment policy that corresponds to their requirements. I ensure regular follow-ups with them and am involved in carrying out various related tasks related to the daily management of the accounts.
I spend my free time fishing and tasting micro-brewery beer on the weekends. Passionate about reading, I love to read detective novels.
Holder of a BBA in finance, I completed my studies in the United States with a scholarship in tennis. A few years later, I obtained the CFA designation (Chartered Financial Analyst). I have worked in the financial industry for over twenty-five years and have experience in financial analysis, business valuation and securities trading.
As a portfolio manager, I contribute to the portfolio management team in supporting existing clients. I am also responsible for supporting new English-speaking clients, part of COTE 100’s growing business.
A mother of four, I enjoy the outdoors with my family, traveling in the summer and skiing in the winter.
After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in finance from the School of Management Sciences (ESG) of the Université du Québec à Montréal, I approached the founder of COTE 100, Guy LeBlanc, and Philippe LeBlanc, expressing my interest to participate in the evolution of this great company.
I am the administrative director. I am responsible for the administration of the various services offered by COTE 100. I supervise the accounting of the COTE 100 Funds as well as the administration of customer accounts. My role is also to oversee the day-to-day administration of compliance and the application of governance best practices within the firm.
As the first point of contact into the firm’s head office, my role is to provide a personalized, quality experience to COTE 100 clients. I also provide assistance to subscribers to the Financial Bulletin by COTE 100.
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Université du Québec à Rimouski, I assume the functions of assistant to the management within COTE 100. In this capacity, I participate in monitoring the operations of the company as a compliance officer, in the administration of private management client accounts, and finally, in coordinating the quarterly reports. I also support Philippe LeBlanc in the management of his daily activities.
Having worked in the financial services industry for several years, I began my career at National Bank as a senior customer service representative. Before joining the administration and compliance team of COTE 100, I was an administrative assistant at BMO Nesbitt Burns.
I act as an assistant to the portfolio managers. I collaborate with the business development team in welcoming new clients, support the portfolio managers in their work and contribute to all aspects of the administrative tasks.
I love outdoor sports, especially road cycling, which I regularly practice on weekends. In winter, I enjoy the ski slopes with my family and friends.
I worked as an assistant in the management of financial services for several years. Then, I was contacted by Sébastien LeBlanc to join the administration and compliance team of COTE 100.
I perform the functions of assistant to the portfolio managers within the administration and compliance team. As such, I work closely with the managers, acting as a resource person for their clients.
I am very interested in sports and nutrition. In my spare time, I like to cook healthy meals with my three children. A fan of outdoor activities, I take advantage of the sunny days to stroll on Mont Saint-Bruno with my family. Playing various board games is also one of our favorite family pastimes.
I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a diploma in personal finance from the Canadian Securities Institute. With more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, I worked for several years as a personal finance advisor at the National Bank. After seven years with the team at Globevest Capital Ltd. as an assistant to management, I joined the administration and compliance team at COTE 100.
I act as an assistant to the portfolio managers. I work with the vice-president, business development in welcoming new clients and supporting managers in their daily work. I also contribute to all aspects on the administrative side.
I really enjoy spending time with my family. I especially enjoy taking walks with my dog.
As a member of the COTE 100 team since 1995, my role is to supervise the human resources and general accounting functions. In particular, I am responsible for bookkeeping, the payroll service and the management of the firm’s group insurance programs.
With more than eighteen years of experience in the world of finance, I have developed an expertise in many areas such as banking services, discount brokerage services, pension fund services and, more recently, in investment advisory services as an assistant to the advisor/manager.
I act today as an assistant to the portfolio managers. I work more particularly with Mélanie St-Pierre and Philippe Le Blanc as a resource person for their clients. Comfortable in both oral and written English and French, I also support Mélanie St-Pierre in the development and support of English-speaking clients.
Passionate about life, I like to enjoy the little pleasures of everyday life. Live in the present moment and new adventures.
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) then in finance at the Université du Québec à Montréal, I joined my father Guy Le Blanc in 1997 to help promote COTE 100.
As President and Chief Operating Officer, I oversee the management committee as well as the day-to-day administration of all of the firm's activities. In particular, I put in place concrete solutions to contribute to the growth of the firm's assets under management.
I have three great passions: business management, family and tennis. A professional tennis player in my youth, I have been a member of the Tennis Canada board for several years. Like the management of COTE 100, tennis has always been a family affair. I like to take advantage of my weekends to share my passions with my children.
After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in finance (M.Sc.) from the Université de Sherbrooke, I completed a training program for traders which brought me to the trading floors of the Toronto and Montreal stock exchanges for National Bank Financial. Having obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) title, I held various management positions in corporate finance and investor relations within large organizations such as Domtar and BRP. In 2015, the opportunity arose to join COTE 100 to assist the management team and participate in the growth of the company.
As vice-president, Business Development, my objective is to build our distinctive brand and build COTE 100’s private management clientele. I’m responsible for the positioning of our service offering, the presentation to prospective clients and welcoming new clients, as well as managing a few portfolios.
A father of three, I spend my weekends between family activities, coaching, and skiing and golfing. Passionate about art in all its forms, I sit on the board of directors of the Marie Chouinard dance company.
Originally from Paris, I studied global communication and digital communication for five years, before starting my career in the French subsidiary of the Generali insurance group. When I arrived in Canada, I had the opportunity to work for various companies like Ivanhoé Cambridge and SGM and non-profit organizations like the Swab The World Foundation, before joining COTE 100.
I participate in the firm’s image development through marketing and communication projects. In particular, I support the portfolio managers in business development by taking charge of various administrative activities.
Whenever I have free time, I like to discover the beautiful regions of Quebec, to go hiking and to enjoy the great outdoors with my friends. I like to regularly work out at the gym and relax reading personal development magazines.
