What I found at COTE 100 that I never found anywhere else
Great team spirit. At COTE 100, we all help each other and everyone is ready to find solutions as a team. We are able to create shared moments, strengthen relationships and build a sense of camaraderie: that’s what feeds my motivation on a daily basis and helps to make this a happy workplace.
What makes collaboration work really well here
Good communication and listening. And I would add another value that I feel is also key: camaraderie among co-workers. Working in an atmosphere that includes enjoyment, mutual aid and good humour makes a huge difference.
What pushes me to do better every day
My biggest motivator is to provide clients with the best service. It’s important to me to offer every client the kind of experience I myself would like to have: caring, thoughtful and sincere. With all modesty, that has always been one of my strengths and I really feel that my caring and proactive approach can make a difference to the client experience.

What I like about my job
Being able to take as much time as I need with each client in order to provide the right information and fully answer any questions. Unlike many other employers where the portfolio manager role also includes prospecting, here we can focus on management.

The moment I knew I was in the right place
